Returns
Returning an already printed item can mean a lot of cost to us. So we work to provide a sample and once OK, we can print on scale. It's difficult to accept returns except for prints that get damaged in transit.
Refunds
We know we don't finish all the projects we ever started in life. In the rare case of you changing your mind before a print. We will gladly offer refunds. Depending on the notice period and how much work has gone in, you may not get back a certain admin fee. Please get in touch with us. We’re willing to help.
